All WoodMines hot tub gazebos are made from extra thick, pressure treated, 'easi' edge, tanalised timber to help prevent rot. Each wooden gazebo is supplied with exterior grade fixings and is quick to assemble. Instructions are provided to enable fast and safe construction.

This beautiful garden gazebo is built with attention to detail to create a fantastic feature in any garden. Designed to be easily assembled, the roof is in four sections. This makes the structure very sturdy but not prohibitively cumbersome. The wooden structure will arrive almost built. We have completed as much of the work as possible. The elementary framework can be fitted in less than two hours. However, this is a very solid product and, for do-it-yourself assembly, assistance may be required. All gazebo roof frames are pre-assembled to guarantee quality and alignment before being disassembled for delivery.

SPECIFICATIONS

GAZEBO SIZES:

The quoted size is the external dimension of the posts. The internal dimensions are approximately 2.4m x 2.8m. If a bespoke size is required let us know. The front two panels can be temporarily removed from the gazebo if you want to fit or remove a Hot Tub, Spa or Jacuzzi.

TIMBER DIMENSIONS:

Main roof frame: 100 x 50mm (doubled up to 100mm x 100mm on the hips)

Rafters: 75 x 50mm

Uprights: The spindle roof support frames measure 2.1m high (7') and approximately 800mm wide (31 1/2") each. We can alter the height for you if desired. The spindles are 75mm x 50mm (3"x2"). The spindles are capped by planed smooth pressure treated timber.

PROFESSIONAL GRADE FELT SHINGLES:

Benefits: Durability, Lightweight, Versatility, Ease of fixing, Attractive appearance, Virtually maintenance free, BBA Certification 15 year material guarantee.

Details: A durable, flexible and proven shingle tile strip manufactured from specially formulated bitumen asphalt, reinforced with a pre-impregnated glass fibre and finished with resilient and aesthetically pleasing coloured ceramicised granules. Please note that the manufactures of the shingles recommend a light weight waterproof membrane be fitted under the shingles. With every Felt Shingle Kit, we will supply you with a hardwood plywood roof covering to screw to the roof frame. This will be cut to size in sections. You may choose to stain, paint or varnish the side you will see. This will help prevent mould growth in the future. This is especially worth considering if you have a hot tub under the gazebo due to the steam. Fixings are supplied.

VERTICAL TIMBER ROOF KIT:

This unique, WoodMines designed roof covering uses fully pressure treated timber to ensure a very long lasting roof. The 10 - 12mm thick boards which run vertically will give your wooden gazebo a contemporary feel which looks as good on the inside as it does on the outside. The two layers of timber have a very generous overlap to keep the roof covering as waterproof as possible. The specially machined ridges finish off this high quality roof covering. A free felt lining can be supplied which can be fitted prior to the timber roof to gaurantee there is no water ingress. Let us know after ordering if you would like a waterproof gazebo lining kit. If you don't want to fit the felt and don't mind the odd drip, treating the top of the roof with decking oil can help to reduce the chance of water ingress. 

HORIZONTAL TIMBER ROOF KIT:

This can be guaranteed to look great but cannot be guaranteed to be watertight on it's own. A free felt lining can be supplied which can be fitted prior to the timber roof to guarantee there is no water ingress. Let us know after ordering if you would like a waterproof gazebo lining kit. If you don't want to fit the felt and don't mind the odd drip, treating the top of the roof with decking oil can help to reduce the chance of water ingress. 

CHOOSE YOUR SPINDLE STYLE:

Choose from traditional vertical spindles in your gazebo panel or alternatively have a crossed effect. All made with extra thick timber.

READY MADE DECKING FRAME:

You can choose a readymade decking solution as an addition to your gazebo, hot tub cover or pergola. The strong 100mm x 50mm timber frames of this decking base come in two sections which are ready built. In order to fit, the two sections can be quickly screwed together with the supplied specialist fixings. The frame can then be securely supported and levelled off. The deck boards can then be fitted into place and screwed down.

The decking frames can be made to fit the exact size of your structure. Please contact WoodMines with your exact requirements.

MAJESTIC CLOSING PANELS:

The Majestic Gazebo has 4 openings, one on each side. These can be closed off with ready-made closing panels. Choose either vertical spindles or diagonal spindles to match the main frames or alternatively have a contrasting pattern. You have the option to close the rear or the sides with any combination.

SELECTION OF PRIVACY PANELS:

You have the option to close in one, two or three sides of your wooden gazebo if you wish with our full height privacy panels.
